Traditionally we have been involved in providing the connectivity. Due to the difficulty in dealing with ISP and Telco's directly, our value has been in offering a much similar sales and support model to that of the ISPs. Whilst this is still a focus demand has shown that clients require more of the solution from us and our partners.
 
Aside from the obvious router and firewall provision from ZyXEL, SonicWALL or CISCO, we now offer HP Servers, Intel based desktops PCs, Sony laptops, hosting and hosted applications from simple web to exchange with Blackberry support and even full desktop application hosting.
 
Our voice offering has expanded from PSTN and ISDN provision to VOIP both in terms of hosted IP and IP PBX solutions, utilising SNOM and Polycom handsets. Continuing on the communications theme we offer IP video solutions including Sony HD IP videoconferencing through to Network Surveillance.
